Registration

We receive and store Personal Information you enter on our Website through our registration process, or otherwise provide to us in you use of the Services. If you choose not to purchase insurance through the platform, we also require that you submit proof of insurance coverage for the tools that you are renting. We may also request information about your equipment preferences, and reward program or rental company account information. You can choose not to provide some information to us, but some information about you is required in order for you to register as a user, ask us a question, or initiate other transactions on our site.

In order to use the services, you will be required to register and create an account with us. In order to create an account, you will be required to submit your name, email address, government issued identification so that we can verify your identify, and any licenses or safety certifications that you have so we and/or our third party suppliers can determine whether you are licensed and/or able to operate certain of the equipment that is available for rent on the Website. Any personal information that you provide to us will be treated in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy, which you should read carefully. You will also be required to create a password. Please choose a strong password and do not share it with any other person.You are solely responsible for all activity occurring on your account, and we will not be liable for any damage, loss, claim, injury of other harm that may be incurred by you as a result of the unauthorized use of your account (including, without limitation, any unauthorized use of your credit card or other payment information). Operator Information 

When you make a reservation for someone else through this Website, we will request personal information and equipment preferences about that individual. It is your responsibility to obtain the consent of other individuals prior to providing us with their personal information and equipment preferences. Any access to view or change their information will be available only through your account.

Information from Other Sources

We also may periodically obtain information about you from affiliated entities, business partners, such as rental companies who use our services as a booking channel and add it to our account information. Examples of information we may receive include: updated delivery and address information, purchase history, and demographic information. When we collect information about you from a third party, we ensure that appropriate consent has been obtained. By transacting on this site, you agree that we may collect such information for fraud prevention purposes.

BRICKLAYR does not collect, use or store credit or other payment information. With whom we share your information
